Rachel has an extensive background in pilates-based physical therapy and is recognized and respected by physicians across both Los Angeles and Atlanta, such as orthopedic surgeon Dr. Scott Baden, for whom she consults on acute therapy conditions. Rachel received her masters degree in physical therapy from Medical College of Georgia. Rachel is a certified pilates instructor and a certified instructors’ trainer.  She feels pilates helps clients reach new heights with therapy as it assists in creating stability through strengthening the core and postural stabilizers which keeps injuries at bay.

Jill is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and uses Pilates as well as traditional P.T. to treat her patients.  She has a healing touch and her gentle methods make her one of our busiest P.T.’s.  Dr. Jill uses Pilates to assist her patients in meeting their postural and strength goals.  She also employs ultrasound and massage as well as joint mobilizations to work her magic!

maya Maya Saffrin, Los Angeles

Maya is our Director of Pilates and has been at Resolution for 5 years. She was a dancer in NYC for years and studied Pilates in Hollywood many years ago. She is a tough instructor who will make you laugh … and cry :) She directs our Pilates staff ensuring that it is the absolute best it can be. She is known for her challenging workouts and her perfect body inspires everyone!

lizzyLizzy Rice Connors, Los Angeles

Lizzy has been with us for over a year and like Yani went through our teacher training program. She quickly built up her clientele at Reso and is known for her physical therapy style of teaching. Our physical therapists often refer patients to Lizzy as she is knowledgeable and careful working with those who have injuries. She has a great personality as she is a successful actor and a wonderful, caring mother. She inspires all moms out there that it is possible to have a better bod after pregnancy!

yaniYanaika Harrigan, Los Angeles

Yani has been with us for over a year and is a physical therapist in her home country, Panama.  She is working toward her P.T. license in the states.  She has been certified in our Pilates teacher training program and is one of our most popular instructors.  She has all the knowledge of a P.T. and combines that with her Pilates knowledge to be an excellent member of our team. Yanaika Harrigan is also a massage therapist and uses her physical therapy skills to release muscle pressure and adhesions.

Michelle Hamby, Atlanta

Michelle graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Master’s in Physical Therapy. Michelle has experience in Personal Training and Wellness counseling. She also has experience in outpatient orthopedics, trauma care and geriatric rehab through her clinical experience. Michelle has integrated all her interests and skills by becoming certified in Pilates and uses this in her treatment approach.

Shannon Henne, Altanta

Shannon graduated from North Georgia College and State University with a Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy. She has spent the majority of her career in the rehabilitation arena with exposure to a wide-range of diagnoses including stroke, cardiovascular events, total joints, post-back surgery and MS. Shannon also spent five years at the Shepherd Spinal Center where she was the lead Physical Therapist for Geriatrics with new spinal cord injuries. In an effort to broaden her horizons, she became certified to teach Pilates and now integrates this method into her rehabilitative approach.
